We are proud to offer our clients complete in house pattern making and tooling services. In addition to maintaining control over all steps of the design
process and final fitment, we may be able to save you hundreds or even thousands more by handling all steps at one time in one place.

Most projects begin with a CAD file from our clients in such common formats as .stp, .dxf, .dwg, and .iges.
Other projects begin with a sample part from which we can obtain 3D Surface Data to import in our CAD-CAM system.
Part size is unlimited. We have digitizing arms in house and can outsource larger items for onsite 3D scanning. If you can
touch it, we can digitize it.

We proudly use Mastercam for all drawings & machining of 5 axis models.
Once CAD drawings are approved, 30# density tooling foam is used to machine the pattern that will be used to cast
the final production tool.
